Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or visit any Mott Optical Group boutique with your order number and original receipt to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear, including all original packaging, protective cases, and cleaning cloths, securely back into the shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a staff member at one of our retail stores.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify that the frames and lenses are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
